Visible Legacy Collections: William R Snow papers
This collection of documents from the private papers of William R Snow describe the development of PECVD process using Coyote deposition equipment from Pacific Western Systems, and the creation of a service business called Strataglass serving the research and development community of Silicon Valley in the product areas of solar cells, mems, and gas chromatography. Included are conference talks, published works, and the personal lab notebook of W.R Snow. Several documents include hand-annotations by Dr. Snow.
